Great Northwest

The Great Northwest includes the neighborhoods of The Commons, Emerald Valley, Ridge Creek , Silver Creek, Stage Coach Crossing, Timberwildeand Village Northwest. Named as an all American Community, it features lovely homes on treed streets, lots of neighborhood activities. Formed in the late 1970's, it has continued to thrive. Many of the homes are of newer construction, now. The area is served by Northside Independent School District Schools, notably Timberwilde Elementary, Zachry Middle School, and Taft High School.
